Dr Tajudeen Abdul-Raheem was a Nigerian Pan-Africanist who was general secretary of the Pan-African Movement, director of Justice Africa and deputy director of the UN Millenium Campaign for Africa. He was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, before earning his PhD from the University of Buffalo. He died in a car crash in Kenya on May 25, 2009.
