Jonathan Bhalla

Jonathan Bhalla is Research Manager at Africa Research Institute. He holds a BA in Politics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London. He has previously worked at the Rift Valley Institute in London and the British Institute in East Africa in Nairobi. He has contributed to a number of ARI publications including Kenya's Flying Vegetables: Small farmers and the 'food miles' debate.
