WFP spokesperson Caroline Hurford talks about the ongoing drought situation in the Horn of Africa and the WFP response. Since the interview was conducted food shortages have now spread to other regions in South Somalia.

Great interview-However, who is supposed to give money in this kind of situations is not clear to me. Maybe the WFP could cleary name them, and see the reactions
